Star Jalsha launched a new show named “Star Studio” from December 6 , 08. It will be aired on every Saturday 7:30 pm. On the very first episode the show , which deals with tele stars’ lifestyle , & gossip , they gave us a bang!!!!!

Their camera captured Actor Rrishii Kaushik working out at gym. Rrishii told his fans.. that he wakes up at 5 in the morning . He used to set alarms for that but now he doesn’t need alarm any more….
He shared some fitness funda there..about building triceps… biceps..(oopss!!!!!)
Lastly he told the viewers a secret thet he loves eating..He is a complete foodie… & he never tries to resist himself while attending parties .
